    In the ongoing efforts to make sure you get the best possible service, we regret to inform you that our data center is experiacing some major attack and forced to upgrade the core Linux Systems. This upgrade is crucial to ensure we offer a current and secure Operating System which supports newer cPanel features and security mechanisim

    This important upgrade will take place on July 25th at 09 AM GMT . During the upgrade, you will experience website downtime estimating to last for not more that 2 hous.

    We understand the importance of minimizing disruptions to your services and will do everything possible to complete the upgrade swiftly and efficiently.  

    No action is required of you, and we do not expect any data loss or changes to your website.     On October 09, 2019 at approximately 06AM GMT, we initiated several security maintenance tasks which will improve the foundation and stability of our servers fleetwide.

    Affected servers include:
    ecbiz246, ecbiz218, ecbiz129, ld114, res154

    Customers may experience temporary connectivity issues to their website and email while the maintenance is performed. No ETA is currently available but updates will be provided here as they become available.

    Current Status:  Resolved - Engineering team has upgraded the systems and we all should be back online.
