Receive and Send Emails On Your Mobile.

You can easily connect any email account to your iOS and Android device

You are setting up an email account from your private or company's domain. FauluHost Servers will connect you automatically soon as you enter the correct email address in full (e.g. user@domain.co.tz)  and the correct password.

To start enjoying your email service to your device, follow the bellow steps.

 
Android:
  1. Open the usual Gmail app Gmail.
  2. In the top left, tap Menu Menu.
  3. To the right of your username, tap the Down arrow Down Arrow.
  4. Tap Settings-> Add account.
  5. Choose the type of account you want to add.
    • Select Other.
  6. Enter your company full Email you want to add
  7. Select IMAP Protocal
  8. Replace Server details with secure154.servconfig.com for both Incoming and Outgoing servers. Other details bellow.
 
Secured Server settings.
 

Emaiil or Username: yourname@domainname.co.tz
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: secure154.servconfig.com
  • IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing Server: secure154.servconfig.com
  • SMTP Port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
 

Add Account on iOS Device

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Scroll down and tap Mail.
  • Tap Accounts, then tap Add Account.
  • Select Other, and under Mail, tap Add Mail Account.

2. Enter Account Information

  • Name: Enter your name as you want it to appear on outgoing messages.
  • Email: Your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com).
  • Password: Your email account password.
  • Description: A label for the email account (e.g., Work Email).

3. Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers

On the next screen, you’ll enter the IMAP and SMTP server details:

  • Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
    • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Username: Your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com)
    • Password: Your email account password
  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
    • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Username: Your full email address (same as the incoming)
    • Password: Your email account password
  •  Save & Test

After entering all the required information, tap Save. Your iPhone will verify the settings, and if everything is correct, your account will be added successfully.

You should now be able to send and receive emails from your cPanel email account on your iOS device.

Advanced Settings

If Not working once the account is added:

  • Go back to Settings > Mail > Accounts, and tap the account you just added.
  • Tap Account > Advanced and confirm:
    • IMAP Path Prefix: Set to INBOX.
    • Use SSL: Enabled.
    • IMAP Port: 993.
    • SMTP Port: 465 or 587 with SSL.
